Non Discrimination Policy

Word Power Ministries (WPM) is a Christian Apostolic 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to sharing God’s Word and His love with all nations. Because every person is created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27) and Christ shows no partiality (Acts 10:34), WPM upholds a strong, Scripture‑based Non‑Discrimination Policy that ensures dignity, fairness, and compassion for all individuals who interact with the ministry. This policy prohibits discrimination, harassment, favoritism, and retaliation in all ministry activities, including prayer and intercession, dream interpretation, Christian counseling, Gospel outreach, church planting, homeless ministry, media evangelism, and administrative operations. WPM serves all people equally regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sex, disability, socio‑economic status, or religious background. Every staff member, minister, and volunteer is responsible for demonstrating Christ‑like love, maintaining confidentiality, protecting vulnerable individuals, and upholding legal and ethical standards.

The policy outlines clear reporting procedures for concerns or violations, ensuring that all reports are handled with confidentiality, fairness, and Biblical integrity. Corrective actions may include retraining, reassignment, suspension, or removal from ministry service, depending on the severity of the misconduct. Restoration is encouraged when appropriate, provided it does not compromise safety or ministry integrity. WPM requires ongoing training in non‑discrimination, Biblical ethics, cultural sensitivity, and spiritual development to ensure that all ministry representatives serve with excellence and humility. The policy is reviewed annually and updated as needed to maintain compliance with U.S. federal law, California regulations, and international humanitarian guidelines. Ultimately, this Non‑Discrimination Policy reflects WPM’s commitment to honoring God, protecting His people, and ensuring that every person who encounters the ministry experiences the love, justice, and compassion of Jesus Christ. “Let all that you do be done in love” (1 Corinthians 16:14).

1.0 Introduction

Word Power Ministries (WPM) is a Christ‑centered, Holy Spirit‑led Apostolic ministry devoted to preaching the Gospel, offering prayer and counseling, interpreting God‑given dreams, and extending compassionate humanitarian support to people across nations. Because our mission is rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ and the authority of Scripture, we uphold the sacred truth that every person is created in the image of God and is therefore worthy of honor, respect, and love. “So God created man in His own image… male and female He created them.” Genesis 1:27.

As a Christian 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving communities locally in California, nationally across the United States, and internationally around the world, WPM is committed to ensuring that all individuals who seek prayer, counseling, outreach support, or spiritual guidance are welcomed without discrimination or partiality. Our ministries; Prayer and Intercession, Dream Interpretation, Christian Counseling, Gospel Outreach, and Homeless Ministry exist to serve all people with Christ‑like compassion. Jesus Himself demonstrated perfect love towards all, calling His followers to do the same: “By this all people will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:35.

This Non‑Discrimination Policy reflects our obedience to Christ, our commitment to Biblical justice, and our compliance with U.S. federal law, California state law, and international nonprofit standards. It establishes the foundation upon which we serve, minister, counsel, and evangelize, ensuring that every soul who encounters Word Power Ministries experiences the love, fairness, and dignity that Jesus modeled.

2.0 Purpose and Biblical Foundation of the Non‑Discrimination Policy

Concise takeaway: This section establishes why Word Power Ministries maintains a Non‑Discrimination Policy—rooted in Scripture, Christian doctrine, and legal obligations—and affirms that all people must be treated with dignity as image‑bearers of God.

2.0 Purpose and Biblical Foundation

The purpose of this Non‑Discrimination Policy is to ensure that Word Power Ministries (WPM) conducts all ministry activities, humanitarian services, employment practices, volunteer engagements, and Gospel outreach in a manner that reflects the love, justice, and holiness of our Lord Jesus Christ. As a Christian 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, WPM is called to uphold both Biblical truth and legal integrity, demonstrating Christ‑like compassion towards all people without partiality.

Our commitment to non‑discrimination flows directly from Scripture. The Bible teaches that every human being is created in the image of God and therefore possesses inherent worth and dignity: “So God created man in His own image… male and female He created them.” Genesis 1:27.

Jesus Christ ministered to all; Jews, Gentiles, the poor, the sick, the oppressed, and the marginalized, showing no favoritism or prejudice. His example forms the foundation of our conduct: “God shows no partiality.” Acts 10:34. “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Mark 12:31.

This policy exists to ensure that every person who encounters Word Power Ministries, whether through Prayer and Intercession, Dream Interpretation, Christian Counseling, Gospel Outreach, or Homeless Ministry is treated with dignity, respect, and Christ‑centered love.

In addition to our Biblical mandate, WPM is legally obligated to uphold non‑discrimination standards under:

  • U.S. Federal 501(c)(3) nonprofit law.

  • California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation requirements.

  • International humanitarian and nonprofit guidelines.

These laws reinforce what Scripture already commands: that we serve all people with fairness, compassion, and integrity.

Therefore, the purpose of this policy is threefold:

  • To honor God by reflecting His character in all ministry conduct.

  • To protect all individuals who seek ministry support, prayer, counseling, or humanitarian aid.

  • To ensure legal and ethical compliance in every aspect of our operations as a Christian nonprofit organization.

Word Power Ministries affirms that discrimination, favoritism, harassment, or unjust treatment of any person is incompatible with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and will not be tolerated in any form.

3.0 Scope and Application

This Non‑Discrimination Policy applies to every aspect of Word Power Ministries (WPM), covering all ministry operations, spiritual services, humanitarian programs, administrative functions, and global outreach activities. As a Christian Apostolic ministry committed to sharing the Gospel and demonstrating Christ’s love to all nations, WPM ensures that every person who interacts with the ministry, whether through prayer, counseling, dream interpretation, outreach, or partnership is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. This policy governs the conduct of all pastors, ministers, intercessors, counselors, outreach workers, media staff, administrative personnel, volunteers, and partners, requiring each one to uphold Christ‑centered fairness and integrity in every engagement. It applies equally to our Prayer and Intercession Ministry, Dream Interpretation Ministry, Christian Counseling Ministry, Gospel Outreach Ministry, and Homeless Ministry, ensuring that no individual is ever denied ministry support or treated unjustly based on background, identity, or circumstance.

This policy also governs all employment and volunteer opportunities within WPM, ensuring that decisions related to hiring, training, placement, promotion, and leadership roles are made solely on the basis of calling, character, qualifications, and alignment with the ministry’s Christian mission. It prohibits discrimination, favoritism, harassment, or unjust treatment in any form, affirming that every worker in the Lord’s vineyard is valued equally. In the same way, all outreach and humanitarian programs, whether Gospel crusades, church‑planting initiatives, media evangelism, or homeless support are carried out without bias, reflecting Christ’s compassion for the poor, the oppressed, and the marginalized. As Scripture teaches, “The Lord is good to all; His mercy is over all that He has made” (Psalm 145:9), and WPM is committed to embodying this truth in every nation and community we serve.

Furthermore, because WPM ministers globally, this policy extends to all international activities, ensuring compliance with cross‑cultural humanitarian standards and protecting the dignity of individuals regardless of ethnicity, nationality, or socio‑economic status. All staff and volunteers are accountable to this policy, and any violation, whether through discrimination, harassment, or partiality is inconsistent with Scripture and the ministry’s ethical standards. As James 2:1 instructs, “Show no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ,” and WPM upholds this command as a foundational principle of our service to God’s people.

4.0 Definitions and Key Terms

For the purpose of this Non‑Discrimination Policy, the following definitions apply to all ministries, programs, services, and operations of Word Power Ministries (WPM). These definitions ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Christian values, U.S. 501(c)(3) standards, California nonprofit regulations, and international humanitarian guidelines.

  • Discrimination

Discrimination refers to any unjust, unequal, or prejudicial treatment of an individual based on personal characteristics unrelated to their ability to participate in or receive ministry services. This includes denying prayer, counseling, outreach support, or opportunities for service based on protected attributes. Discrimination contradicts Scripture, which teaches that God shows no partiality (Acts 10:34).

  • Harassment

Harassment refers to any unwelcome conduct; verbal, physical, digital, or emotional that demeans, intimidates, or threatens another person. Harassment is incompatible with Christian love and violates the command to “love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31).

  • Protected Characteristics

Protected characteristics are personal attributes that cannot be used as a basis for unequal treatment. These include race, color, ethnicity, national origin, age, sex, disability, medical condition, marital status, veteran status, socio‑economic status, and religious background. WPM serves all people equally, reflecting the truth that all are created in God’s image (Genesis 1:27).

  • Ministry Services

Ministry services include all spiritual, pastoral, and humanitarian activities offered by WPM, such as prayer and intercession, dream interpretation, Christian counseling, Gospel outreach, church planting, homeless ministry, media evangelism, and door‑to‑door evangelism. These services must be provided without bias or favoritism.

  • Staff and Volunteers

Staff and volunteers include all individuals serving within WPM; pastors, ministers, intercessors, counselors, outreach workers, media personnel, administrators, and partners. All representatives of the ministry are required to uphold this policy and demonstrate Christ‑like conduct in every interaction.

  • Outreach Activities

Outreach activities refer to all evangelistic, humanitarian, and community‑based efforts conducted by WPM, including Gospel crusades, conferences, church‑planting missions, homeless outreach, and digital evangelism. These activities must be carried out with fairness, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.

  • Equal Opportunity

Equal opportunity means that all individuals seeking ministry support or wishing to serve within WPM are given fair and unbiased access to services, roles, and programs. Decisions are based on calling, character, qualifications, and alignment with WPM’s Christian mission not on personal characteristics unrelated to ministry.

  • Biblical Integrity

Biblical integrity refers to conduct that aligns with Scripture, Christian doctrine, and the teachings of Jesus Christ. All ministry actions must reflect holiness, compassion, humility, and justice, honoring God in every interaction.

These definitions form the foundation of the Non‑Discrimination Policy and ensure that all individuals within Word Power Ministries understand their responsibilities as servants of Christ and representatives of His love.

5.0 Prohibited Conduct

Word Power Ministries (WPM) is committed to maintaining a Christ‑centered environment where every person is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. To uphold Biblical integrity, protect the people we serve, and comply with U.S. federal law, California regulations, and international nonprofit standards, certain behaviors are strictly prohibited within all ministry settings.

These prohibitions apply to pastors, ministers, staff, volunteers, partners, and anyone representing the ministry in any capacity. Conduct that violates the teachings of Jesus Christ, undermines the unity of the Body of Christ, or harms the dignity of another person is incompatible with our mission and will not be tolerated.

WPM strictly prohibits any form of discrimination, whether direct or indirect, intentional or unintentional. This includes denying ministry services, prayer support, counseling, dream interpretation, humanitarian aid, or participation in outreach activities based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sex, disability, socio‑economic status, or religious background. Discrimination contradicts the command of Scripture: “My brothers and sisters, show no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ” (James 2:1). Every person who seeks ministry support must be welcomed with the love and fairness of Christ.

Harassment of any kind is also strictly forbidden. This includes verbal, physical, emotional, or digital behavior that demeans, intimidates, threatens, or humiliates another person. Harassment violates the Biblical call to “love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31) and is incompatible with the compassion required of all who serve in the Lord’s work. WPM prohibits offensive jokes, slurs, insults, unwanted physical contact, coercive behavior, or any conduct that creates a hostile or unsafe environment for ministry participants or workers.

Favoritism, partiality, or unjust treatment in ministry assignments, volunteer opportunities, or leadership roles is prohibited. Decisions regarding service, placement, or responsibility must be based solely on calling, character, qualifications, and alignment with the ministry’s Christian mission not on personal preferences or biases. Scripture warns against favoritism, reminding us that “God shows no partiality” (Acts 10:34), and WPM is committed to reflecting His nature in all organizational decisions.

WPM also prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination, harassment, or misconduct. No person should fear punishment for speaking truth or seeking protection.

Retaliation violates the principles of justice and righteousness that Christ commands His followers to uphold. Anyone who raises concerns must be treated with respect, care, and confidentiality, ensuring that the ministry remains a safe place for all.

Finally, any behavior that compromises the spiritual, emotional, or physical safety of individuals seeking ministry support is strictly forbidden. This includes manipulation, spiritual abuse, coercion, or misuse of authority. WPM ministers are called to shepherd God’s people with humility, purity, and gentleness, following the example of Christ, who said, “The Son of Man came not to be served but to serve” (Mark 10:45). Any conduct that violates this calling is unacceptable and subject to immediate corrective action.

6.0 Responsibilities of Staff, Ministers, and Volunteers

Every individual who serves within Word Power Ministries (WPM), whether as a pastor, minister, intercessor, counselor, outreach worker, media staff member, administrator, or volunteer is entrusted with the sacred responsibility of representing Jesus Ch

rist in both conduct and character. Because our ministry exists to share God’s Word and His love with all nations, those who serve must uphold the highest standards of Biblical integrity, compassion, and fairness. The way we treat people is a direct reflection of our obedience to Christ, who commanded us to “love one another as I have loved you” (John 13:34). Therefore, all ministry representatives are required to honor this Non‑Discrimination Policy in every interaction, ensuring that every person is welcomed, valued, and served without partiality.

All staff and volunteers must demonstrate Christ‑like behavior in prayer sessions, counseling appointments, dream interpretation consultations, Gospel outreach activities, homeless ministry engagements, and administrative duties. This includes treating every individual with dignity, listening with compassion, praying with sincerity, and offering support without bias or prejudice. Those who serve must actively avoid discrimination, favoritism, harassment, or any conduct that undermines the unity of the Body of Christ. As Scripture teaches, “Let all that you do be done in love” (1 Corinthians 16:14), and this love must guide every word, decision, and action within the ministry.

Ministers and volunteers are responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful, and spiritually uplifting environment for all who seek help. They must protect confidentiality, safeguard personal information, and ensure that no individual is ever shamed, pressured, or mistreated. They must also exercise humility and gentleness in their use of spiritual authority, remembering that leadership in the Kingdom of God is service, not domination. Jesus Himself said, “Whoever wants to be great among you must be your servant” (Matthew 20:26), and WPM expects all representatives to embody this servant‑hearted posture.

Additionally, staff and volunteers must comply with all legal requirements related to non‑discrimination, including U.S. federal 501(c)(3) standards, California nonprofit regulations, and international humanitarian guidelines. They must participate in training, follow ministry protocols, and report any violations of this policy promptly and truthfully. Upholding these responsibilities ensures that WPM remains a safe, welcoming, and Christ‑centered ministry where the love of God is demonstrated to every soul.

By fulfilling these responsibilities, those who serve at Word Power Ministries help create an environment where the Gospel can flourish, lives can be transformed, and the love of Jesus Christ can be experienced without barriers. In this way, we honor God, protect His people, and remain faithful to our calling to share His Word and His love with all nations.

7.0 Reporting, Response, and Accountability Procedures

Word Power Ministries (WPM) is committed to maintaining a ministry environment that reflects the love, justice, and holiness of Jesus Christ. To protect the dignity of every person we serve and to uphold the integrity of our mission, WPM provides clear procedures for reporting concerns, addressing violations, and ensuring accountability. These procedures apply to all staff, ministers, volunteers, partners, and participants across every ministry activity, including prayer sessions, counseling, dream interpretation, Gospel outreach, church‑planting, homeless ministry, and administrative operations.

Any individual who experiences, witnesses, or becomes aware of discrimination, harassment, favoritism, misconduct, or any violation of this policy is encouraged to report the concern promptly. Reports may be made directly to ministry leadership, pastoral oversight, administrative supervisors, or designated ministry coordinators. WPM also provides confidential channels for individuals who prefer to report privately, ensuring that every person feels safe, supported, and respected when raising concerns. As Scripture teaches, “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves” (Proverbs 31:8), and WPM affirms the importance of protecting the vulnerable and upholding righteousness.

Upon receiving a report, WPM will respond promptly, prayerfully, and professionally. All reports will be taken seriously and reviewed with fairness, confidentiality, and sensitivity. Investigations will be conducted in alignment with Christian ethics, U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit standards, California regulations, and international humanitarian guidelines. Ministry leadership will seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit, apply Biblical principles of justice and restoration, and ensure that all parties are treated with compassion and dignity throughout the process. No individual will face retaliation for reporting a concern, as retaliation contradicts both Scripture and legal protections. “The Lord loves justice” (Psalm 37:28), and WPM is committed to reflecting His heart in every decision.

If a violation is confirmed, appropriate corrective actions will be taken. These may include counseling, retraining, reassignment, suspension, or removal from ministry service, depending on the severity of the misconduct. The goal of accountability is not punishment alone but restoration, healing, and the protection of God’s people. WPM believes in Biblical correction that is firm, fair, and rooted in love, following the instruction: “Restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness” (Galatians 6:1). At the same time, the ministry will not tolerate ongoing behavior that harms others or contradicts the teachings of Christ.

WPM will also take steps to support individuals affected by misconduct, ensuring they receive prayer, counseling, and pastoral care as needed. The ministry is committed to creating a safe environment where every person can grow spiritually, receive support, and encounter the love of Jesus without fear or hindrance. Accountability is essential to maintaining the purity of the ministry, protecting the flock, and honoring God’s calling upon Word Power Ministries.

Through these reporting and accountability procedures, WPM ensures that its mission is carried out with integrity, transparency, and Christ‑centered compassion. By addressing concerns promptly and biblically, we safeguard the ministry, strengthen our witness, and uphold the command of Jesus to “do unto others as you would have them do unto you” (Matthew 7:12).

8.0 Corrective Actions and Consequences

Word Power Ministries (WPM) is committed to maintaining a ministry environment that reflects the holiness, justice, and compassion of Jesus Christ. When violations of this Non‑Discrimination Policy occur, whether through discrimination, harassment, favoritism, retaliation, or any form of misconduct, WPM will take prompt, fair, and Biblically grounded corrective action. These actions are designed to protect individuals, restore righteousness, uphold ministry integrity, and ensure compliance with U.S. federal law, California nonprofit regulations, and international humanitarian standards.

Corrective actions begin with a prayerful and thorough review of the reported violation. Ministry leadership will evaluate the nature, severity, and impact of the misconduct, seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit and applying Scriptural principles of justice and restoration. As the Bible teaches, “He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God” (Micah 6:8). WPM strives to balance justice with mercy, ensuring that all actions honor God and protect His people.

Depending on the seriousness of the violation, corrective measures may include verbal warnings, written warnings, mandatory retraining, reassignment of duties, temporary suspension, or removal from ministry service. In cases involving severe misconduct, such as harassment, abuse, or repeated violations, immediate removal from ministry responsibilities may be required to safeguard the well‑being of others. These decisions are made with careful consideration, pastoral wisdom, and adherence to legal obligations.

WPM also emphasizes restoration whenever possible. If a staff member or volunteer demonstrates genuine repentance, willingness to learn, and commitment to Biblical conduct, the ministry may provide opportunities for spiritual counseling, mentorship, and guided reintegration into service. This reflects the Scriptural principle: “Restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness” (Galatians 6:1). However, restoration will never compromise the safety, dignity, or trust of those we serve.

In addition to addressing the offender, WPM will take steps to support and protect individuals affected by misconduct. This may include prayer support, Christian counseling, pastoral care, and ensuring that the person is shielded from further harm. The ministry is committed to creating a safe environment where every individual can receive prayer, healing, and spiritual guidance without fear.

Finally, WPM will document all corrective actions to maintain transparency, accountability, and compliance with nonprofit governance standards. This documentation ensures that the ministry remains faithful to its calling, protects its members, and upholds the command of Scripture: “Let all things be done decently and in order” (1 Corinthians 14:40).

Through these corrective actions and consequences, Word Power Ministries preserves the purity of its mission, protects the flock entrusted to its care, and continues to share God’s Word and His love with all nations in a manner worthy of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

9.0 Confidentiality, Privacy, and Protection Measures

Word Power Ministries (WPM) is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and spiritually nurturing environment where individuals can seek prayer, counseling, dream interpretation, and outreach support without fear, shame, or exposure. Because many who come to the ministry share sensitive personal, emotional, or spiritual information, confidentiality is both a Biblical responsibility and a legal requirement. Scripture teaches that love “covers all offenses” (Proverbs 10:12), and WPM upholds this principle by protecting the privacy and dignity of every person we serve.

All staff, ministers, counselors, intercessors, and volunteers are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information shared during ministry activities. This includes personal testimonies, prayer requests, counseling details, dream interpretations, and any private matters disclosed during outreach or humanitarian support. Such information must never be shared publicly, discussed casually, or used for personal gain. Confidentiality is essential to building trust, fostering healing, and honoring the sacred nature of ministry relationships.

WPM also complies with all applicable privacy laws and nonprofit regulations, including U.S. federal 501(c)(3) standards, California privacy requirements, and international humanitarian guidelines. Personal information collected through prayer requests, counseling sessions, email communication, telephone support, or outreach activities is handled with care, stored securely, and accessed only by authorized ministry personnel. No individual’s information will be sold, misused, or disclosed without consent, except when legally required to protect someone from harm.

Protection measures extend beyond confidentiality. WPM is committed to safeguarding the emotional, spiritual, and physical well‑being of all participants. Ministers and volunteers must create environments free from intimidation, manipulation, spiritual abuse, coercion, or any behavior that compromises safety. Individuals seeking ministry support must be treated with gentleness, humility, and Christ‑like compassion. As Jesus said, “Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). WPM strives to reflect this invitation by ensuring that every person feels safe, welcomed, and supported.

In situations where a person may be at risk of harm, whether emotional, physical, or spiritual, WPM will take appropriate steps to protect them. This may include pastoral intervention, referral to professional services, or contacting appropriate authorities when legally required. Protection of life and well‑being is a Biblical mandate, reflected in Proverbs 31:8: “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves.”

All ministry representatives are required to follow these confidentiality and protection standards without exception. Violations, such as sharing private information, breaching trust, or failing to protect vulnerable individuals are taken seriously and addressed through corrective actions outlined in Section 8.0. Upholding confidentiality and protection is essential to maintaining the integrity of Word Power Ministries and ensuring that every soul who comes to us encounters the love, safety, and compassion of Jesus Christ.

10.0 Training, Education, and Spiritual Development Requirements

Word Power Ministries (WPM) is committed to ensuring that every pastor, minister, counselor, intercessor, outreach worker, staff member, and volunteer is fully equipped to serve with excellence, compassion, and Biblical integrity. To uphold the standards of this Non‑Discrimination Policy and to reflect the love and holiness of Jesus Christ in all ministry activities, WPM requires ongoing training, education, and spiritual development for all individuals involved in the work of the ministry. This commitment ensures that every representative of WPM understands their responsibilities, honors legal requirements, and ministers in a manner worthy of the Gospel.

All ministry personnel must participate in regular non‑discrimination training that covers the principles outlined in this policy, including prohibited conduct, confidentiality, reporting procedures, and the Biblical foundations of equality and justice. This training ensures compliance with U.S. federal 501(c)(3) standards, California nonprofit regulations, and international humanitarian guidelines. It also reinforces the Scriptural truth that “God shows no partiality” (Acts 10:34) and that every person must be treated with dignity as an image‑bearer of God.

In addition to legal and ethical training, WPM provides Biblical and doctrinal education to strengthen the spiritual maturity of those who serve. This includes instruction on Christian ethics, pastoral care, prayer ministry, dream interpretation, counseling principles, evangelism, and Holy Spirit‑led outreach. Ministry representatives are expected to grow continually in their understanding of Scripture, deepen their relationship with Christ, and cultivate the fruit of the Spirit; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self‑control (Galatians 5:22–23). These qualities are essential for serving God’s people with compassion and integrity.

WPM also requires cultural sensitivity and global outreach training for individuals involved in international ministry, church planting, and cross‑cultural evangelism. Because the ministry serves diverse communities around the world, staff and volunteers must understand cultural differences, respect local customs, and minister with humility and wisdom. This training ensures that the Gospel is shared effectively and that humanitarian support is provided without bias or misunderstanding.

Furthermore, all ministry personnel are encouraged to participate in ongoing spiritual development activities such as prayer meetings, Bible study, fasting, worship gatherings, and pastoral mentorship. These practices strengthen spiritual discernment, deepen compassion, and cultivate Christ‑like character, qualities essential for upholding this policy and serving with excellence. As Scripture teaches, “Train yourself for godliness” (1 Timothy 4:7), and WPM embraces this command as a foundation for ministry preparation.

Training and education are not optional; they are essential components of faithful service. Failure to participate in required training may result in reassignment, suspension, or removal from ministry responsibilities, as outlined in Section 8.0. By investing in continuous learning and spiritual growth, WPM ensures that its ministers and volunteers are fully prepared to serve God’s people with integrity, humility, and love.

Through these training and development requirements, Word Power Ministries strengthens its witness, protects its members, and ensures that every aspect of the ministry reflects the heart of Jesus Christ, who came “not to be served but to serve” (Mark 10:45).

11.0 Policy Review, Oversight, and Continuous Improvement

Word Power Ministries (WPM) is committed to maintaining a Non‑Discrimination Policy that reflects the unchanging truth of Scripture while responding wisely to evolving legal requirements, ministry needs, and global outreach realities. To ensure that this policy remains effective, relevant, and aligned with the teachings of Jesus Christ, WPM conducts regular reviews and updates under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and in accordance with U.S. federal 501(c)(3) standards, California nonprofit regulations, and international humanitarian guidelines.

  • Policy review process

The policy will be formally reviewed at least once every year by ministry leadership, including pastoral oversight, administrative directors, and designated compliance coordinators. During this review, leaders will evaluate the policy’s effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that all procedures continue to uphold Biblical principles of justice, compassion, and equality. Scripture reminds us, “In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths” (Proverbs 3:6), and WPM seeks the Lord’s direction in every update and refinement of this policy.

  • Leadership oversight

In addition to scheduled reviews, WPM will update the policy whenever necessary to comply with changes in nonprofit law, humanitarian standards, or ministry operations. This includes adjustments related to new outreach programs, expanded international missions, updated counseling practices, or emerging legal requirements. Any revisions will be made prayerfully, carefully, and with full consideration of how they impact the people we serve.

  • Continuous improvement

WPM also encourages feedback from staff, ministers, volunteers, and ministry participants. Individuals are welcome to share concerns, suggestions, or insights that may strengthen the policy or improve ministry practices. Feedback will be reviewed respectfully and confidentially, recognizing that God often brings wisdom through the voices of His people. “Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety” (Proverbs 11:14).

  • Feedback process

All updates to the policy will be communicated clearly to ministry personnel through training sessions, written notices, and leadership briefings. Staff and volunteers are responsible for staying informed about revisions and ensuring that their conduct remains in full alignment with the most current version of the policy. Failure to follow updated guidelines may result in corrective actions as outlined in Section 8.0.

  • Training on updates

Through consistent review, prayerful oversight, and continuous improvement, Word Power Ministries ensures that this Non‑Discrimination Policy remains a living document, one that protects God’s people, strengthens the ministry’s witness, and reflects the love, justice, and holiness of Jesus Christ in every nation we serve.

12.0 Final Affirmation, Scriptural Commitment, and Ministry Declaration

Word Power Ministries (WPM) affirms with full conviction that this Non‑Discrimination Policy is not merely an organizational requirement, but a Biblical mandate, a Christian duty, and a reflection of the heart of Jesus Christ. As a Holy Spirit‑led Apostolic ministry, we are called to demonstrate God’s love to all people, without prejudice, favoritism, or partiality. This policy stands as a declaration of our obedience to Scripture, our commitment to Christ‑centered ministry, and our responsibility to uphold justice, compassion, and dignity in every nation we serve.

We reaffirm that every human being is created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27), loved by God (John 3:16), and invited into His grace without discrimination (Romans 10:12). Therefore, every person who encounters Word Power Ministries, whether through prayer, counseling, dream interpretation, Gospel outreach, church planting, or humanitarian support must experience the love, fairness, and respect that Jesus Himself demonstrated.

WPM declares that discrimination, harassment, favoritism, retaliation, or any form of unjust treatment is incompatible with the Gospel and will not be tolerated in any ministry setting. We commit to serving all people with humility, compassion, and integrity, following the example of Christ, who welcomed the poor, healed the broken, restored the oppressed, and embraced the outcast. “For God shows no partiality” (Acts 10:34), and neither shall we.

We further affirm our commitment to legal compliance under U.S. federal 501(c)(3) law, California nonprofit regulations, and international humanitarian standards. These laws reinforce what Scripture already commands: that justice, fairness, and protection must be extended to all. WPM will continue to uphold these standards faithfully, ensuring that our ministry remains transparent, accountable, and worthy of the trust placed in us by God’s people.

As a global ministry, we pledge to carry this commitment into every city, village, and nation we reach. Whether preaching the Gospel, planting churches, supporting the homeless, or interpreting dreams, we will serve with the same love Jesus demonstrated when He said, “By this all people will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another” (John 13:35).

Finally, Word Power Ministries dedicates this policy to the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom. We commit to continually evaluating our conduct, strengthening our training, improving our practices, and seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit in all matters of justice and compassion. May every action we take reflect Christ’s love, honor His Word, and bring healing, hope, and salvation to every soul He sends our way.

Through this final affirmation, Word Power Ministries stands firm in its calling: to share God’s Word and His love with all nations of the world, without discrimination, without partiality, and without compromise.
