Homeless Ministry
At Word Power Ministries (WPM), we believe that every unhoused individual is a child of God - worthy of dignity, love, and restoration. Our Homeless Ministry is a beacon of compassion, offering spiritual care and practical support to those facing housing insecurity, chronic homelessness, and the daily struggles of life on the margins.
Whether in the streets of Los Angeles or the shelters of San Francisco, we walk alongside homeless people; youth, families, seniors, veterans - bringing the gospel, prayer, and tangible aid to those most in need.

serving the homeless with Christ-centered love, addressing both immediate needs and long-term healing
Our mission at Word Power Ministries is to serve the homeless with Christ-centered love, meeting both immediate needs and fostering long-term healing. We engage in street outreach and evangelism, sharing the gospel with those in tent cities, encampments, and emergency shelters. We provide practical support by distributing food, clothing, hygiene kits, and seasonal care packages, and we actively help people find shelter or secure stable housing. As Jesus said in Matthew 25:35, “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in.

Let’s Walk Together
Homelessness is not just a crisis, it’s a call to action. Whether you're in San Francisco, Washington DC, or right here in Los Angeles, your prayers, donations, and time can transform lives.
Together, we can be the hands and feet of Jesus to the unhoused, the forgotten, and the brokenhearted.
